About Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy combines hypnosis with other therapeutic techniques to help you access your subconscious mind while deeply relaxed. In this state, you remain fully aware and in control, able to engage in discussion and reflection while your conscious mind—often the part that resists change—is quieted. Being in this relaxed state allows us to address the root of challenges, releasing old beliefs, patterns, or obstacles that may have prevented growth and healing. Hypnosis can also support physical and emotional regulation, helping lower stress, improve focus, and increase emotional resilience. |
